Step-by-step

Step 1: Select a category you are interested in.

Step 2: Once you are in the category of your choice, you can browse through the products.

Step 3: To view a more detailed view related to a particular product click on the product image. Then, the product details page will appear.

Step 4 When you have decided to order something, first click on the size and colour button and then select how many items you want to order. Then, click Add to basket button to add the products to your shopping basket.

The Shopping Basket

When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on My Shopping Basket found on the top of the page.

The Shopping Basket screen will appear, displaying all the items you have selected. Please check the order totals.

Remove items from Basket

If you want to remove items from the shopping basket, first click on the Remove box next to the item and then click on Update Totals button.

Change quantities

If you want to change the quantities in the basket, simply enter the new quantity values next to the item and then click on Update Totals button.

Empty basket

If you want to empty the cart, simply click on Empty basket button.

Checkout

If you are happy with your purchase, then click on Checkout button.

Checkout and payment

To checkout and pay for you purchases, first you need to login using your email address and password if you are a returning customer, or sign in and create your own Godalming Classic Knitwear customer account.

Sign in as new customer

If you are a new customer, enter your email address and then click on the option: I am a new customer and then click on Sign in button.

Sign in as returning customer

If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and then click on the option: I am a returning customer and enter your password. Click on Sign in button.

Delivery details

The delivery address screen appears. You need to enter your personal details and delivery details. Also, at this stage you must enter your own password - note, this information will then be used when you place another order online. Once you are happy with the information, click on Continue button.

Confirm order

The confirm order screen appears. You need to make sure the order details and delivery details are correct. If they are then click on Confirm button.

Your order details will then be processed by SagePay secure payment system. SagePay is completely secure and you can enter your details with guaranteed security.

Simply follow the instructions to complete the purchase.

When the payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation from SagePay and another from us (Godalming Classic Knitwear).
